On August 30/31st, I will do a workshop on online persuasion at the MarketingRSLT Summerschool in The Netherlands:

As a retailer, you are convinced you have the best product! But how do you convince your customer by using ’only’ some text and image on a monitor? For this you use the principles of ”online persuasion”: one of the major trends in the e-commerce area. There is plenty of research going on about the psychological principles to persuade online. New online methods and techniques are developed and existing (offline) principles are further enhanced. For instance: include social evidence, use  the subscribtion economy, gamification an personalization. Why do these principles work so well, and how can you apply them to your own webshop?

After the workshop, the slides will be published online. Please subscribe to our newsletter to be informed when we do!
